Description

Fast Ethernet PCI Controller

An Intel Fast Ethernet PCI controller bridges 10/100 Mbps network interfaces to PCI bus systems, enabling network connectivity in legacy desktop motherboards, industrial PCs, and network appliances. This controller IC was a standard solution during the late 1990s and 2000s for integrating Ethernet into platforms before on-die networking became common.
