This 5×5 mm quad-band GSM/EDGE power amplifier module is engineered for global mobile handset and femtocell transmit chains spanning 850 MHz to 1.9 GHz cellular bands. The linear PCB-integrated design enables compact integration in legacy 2G/3G handsets and industrial machine-to-machine communication modules requiring multi-region frequency support.
