High-voltage switching diode

High-voltage switching diodes are used in power supply circuits for fast recovery and transient suppression, as well as in analog switches and RF mixers where low capacitance and high reverse voltage capability are needed. They appear commonly in offline AC-DC converters, photoflash control circuits, and high-impedance signal paths.
