TRANSISTOR,NPN RF SIGE IC=30MA 4V ROHS

Gain stages in low-noise RF receiver chains and small-signal amplifiers for cellular base stations and satellite communication ground equipment exploit this SiGe NPN transistor’s high-frequency response and controlled 30mA collector current at 4V operation. Distributed amplifier designs and wideband transimpedance amplifiers in optical receiver modules also depend on this device for low-noise front-end signal processing.
