COUPLER, RF MODULE W/ DPDT SWITCH 1427–2690MHZ

Integrated RF couplers with embedded DPDT switches spanning 1.4–2.7 GHz are found in cellular handsets, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth modules, and multi-band transceivers where antenna switching and signal routing between transmit and receive paths must occur with minimal insertion loss. The integrated switch eliminates discrete relay or PIN diode stages, reducing PCB area in space-constrained form factors.
