Diode Schottky 40 V 1A Surface Mount PowerDI™ 123

Schottky diodes with 40 V and 1 A ratings are used in power converters, reverse polarity protection circuits, and solar panel bypass applications where low forward voltage drop minimizes losses. Their fast switching characteristics also support high-frequency DC-DC converters and RF rectification circuits.
