IC,CONTROLLER PWM 8PH 2X OUT 2MHZ 0.3-4V W/NVM ROHS

Multi-phase buck converters in server power distribution, LED drivers, and industrial DC-DC modules leverage this 8-phase PWM controller to manage current sharing and reduce output ripple at 2 MHz switching frequencies. Onboard nonvolatile memory allows firmware tuning of voltage regulation characteristics across 0.3 to 4 V rails.
