This 40V/5A Schottky diode is well-suited for OR-ing functions in multi-source power systems, freewheeling and protection in boost converters, and as a catch diode in offline SMPS applications. Its low forward voltage drop and fast recovery time reduce losses in high-frequency switching circuits.
