A digital MEMS microphone with 63 dB SNR and top-port acoustic entry is integrated into smartphones, tablets, laptops, and IoT devices for voice capture, noise cancellation preprocessing, and far-field audio acquisition. The 1.62–3.6 V operating range enables direct connection to mobile and embedded processor supply rails without auxiliary regulators.
